Our Core Principle

We are all Athletes 1st

Too often are training programs given to athletes that are resemble body building workouts and cardio plans that look like marathon plans. At Athlete 1st Performance all of our programs center around one idea, that we are all ATHLETES 1ST. Our programs use a mix of sprints, plyometrics, dynamic movements, and resistance training to not only add muscle but to make all of our athletes bigger, faster, and more coordinated athletes.

Our founder, Sam Tuttle, is a former collegiate track athlete at SUNY Brockport and current Coach and Phys Ed Teacher.
